Arsenal is seeking Emerging Talent Scouts on a casual basis to identify youth players across multiple regions. The successful candidates will focus on providing detailed player reports, maintaining documentation, and acting as ambassadors for the club. This role requires extensive knowledge of academy football, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to travel frequently.
We are looking forEmerging Talent Scouts on acasual basis to support our Emerging Talent team in identifying and recommending top youth players (U14-U21) across both youth and first-team football, in line with our wider scouting strategy.
You'll be entrusted to provide weekly coverage of live and video fixtures, taking responsibility for assigned clubs and you will produce detailed player reports to build knowledge for our internal database and highlight key players within a shadow squad.
We are looking for our Emerging Talent Scouts to operate in the following regions: London / South Coast / Midlands / North West and North East and Scotland
