Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an organized Emerging Talent Programme & Operations Specialist to support UK Graduate, Internship and Apprenticeship programs. You will run onboarding bootcamps, track milestones, and handle interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, and candidate communications.

The role focuses on programme delivery, cohort support, and recruitment operations, requiring strong coordination across multiple teams within a fast-paced defence-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with graduate schemes, apprenticeships, internships.
• Experience in early careers coordination, recruitment operations, or project coordination.
• Excellent calendar management, prioritization, and deadline delivery.
• Professional written and verbal communication with university candidates and internal teams.
• Proactive mindset to troubleshoot scheduling and logistics challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle for New Grad and Rotational cohorts from offer to placement.
• Coordinate onboarding bootcamps, workshops, and mentorship check-ins.
• Schedule and manage high-volume interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS records and calendars (Greenhouse, Lever) up to date.
