Job summary

SGN is seeking an Emerging Talent Advisor to develop and deliver early careers learning across SGN UK locations. You will help grow SGN’s future talent community and collaborate with internal stakeholders in a positive, team-oriented environment.

The role requires coordination of apprenticeship and graduate programmes, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to funding regulations. Travel across regions is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in apprenticeship and/or graduate programme management within a highly compliant industry.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at varying levels and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
• Experience with funded learning programmes and apprenticeship frameworks/standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the implementation of the emerging talent strategy across SGN UK locations.
• Review the talent development cycle and improve programme delivery.
• Deliver learning and skills for emerging talent using Cornerstone and training partners.
• Manage relationships with training suppliers, colleges, universities, and SMEs.
• Provide pastoral support and track progression for the emerging talent community.
• Support early talent recruitment campaigns and school events.
• Design, coordinate and deliver induction programmes for emerging talent.
