We're looking for an Emerging Talent Funding Advisor to join our Emerging Talent Team.

Location: This role can be based anywhere in the UK - you will be able to work from home with occasional travel to our offices in London or Rushden (very occasional!).

Hours: 18.75 hours per week, Part Time

What will you be responsible for?

As an Emerging Talent Funding Advisor, you'll work within the Emerging Talent Team, supporting them in managing the Digital Apprentice Service (DAS) account, coordinating other apprentice-related funding, ensuring accurate data entry, and resolving discrepancies.

Your day-to-day will include:

  1. Collaborating with the CITB funding advisor to ensure all apprentice-related funding is maximized, including apprentice grants and travel to train.
  2. Tracking other apprentice-related funding opportunities such as government new entrance grants and T-level payments.
  3. Maintaining and updating spreadsheets tracking apprentice progress, enrolments, withdrawals, completions, and other relevant data.
  4. Responding promptly to apprenticeship-related inquiries.
  5. Supporting the coordination of apprenticeship enrolments.
What are we looking for?

This role of Emerging Talent Funding Advisor is ideal if you:

  • Have previous experience in an administration role.
  • Have experience with data management and reporting.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Can quickly learn new computer systems such as DAS and Power BI.
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and Digital Apprenticeship Service is desirable.
