London Stock Exchange is seeking an early-career Product Manager to help shape and deliver foundational platform capabilities within LSEG Enterprise AI. You will work alongside product managers and engineering teams to enable secure, scalable AI-powered products on a common enterprise platform.

You will gain experience across platform services, developer tooling, governance and enablement, while prototyping with customers and aligning with security and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems.
• Early career experience in PM, BA, Engineering or related field.
• Interest in AI platforms, LLM ecosystems and enterprise software is a plus.
• Curiosity, quick learning, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience in technology teams within a large organisation.
• Exposure to financial data, analytics workflows and BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Support strategy, roadmap and delivery of enterprise AI platform capabilities.
• Define vision and roadmap for Enterprise AI Platform with stakeholders.
• Assist in owning product direction for platform capability areas.
• Participate in frontier AI prototyping and customer validation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver secure, scalable platform features.
• Maintain platform standards, docs and reusable services.
• Support adoption of common AI infrastructure and tooling.
• Work with Security, Architecture, Governance and Risk teams on policy compliance.
• Engage with product teams to gather requirements and prioritise roadmaps.
• Define and track success metrics for platform adoption and performance.
• Coordinate with industry partners and cloud providers on initiatives.
