Job summary

SEGA Europe Ltd, based in London, is seeking a Junior Paid Influencer Manager. Hybrid role (3 days in office).

You will plan and deliver paid influencer campaigns across EMEA, research creators, coordinate content approvals, and support reporting with the Paid Media team. You will engage with agencies and partner networks, monitor creator content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Twitch, and help ensure campaigns meet budget and objective targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ relevant experience in influencer marketing gained within a brand, agency, talent business or comparable environment.
• Familiarity with creator landscape across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch and how content differs by platform.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including preparing briefs and consolidating feedback.
• Collaborative approach with internal colleagues and external partners.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and presentation tools to maintain campaign trackers and reporting.
• Genuine interest in campaign performance and ability to derive practical insights from data.
• Proactive problem-solving with judgement to escalate when needed.
• Passion for gaming, creator culture and evolving influencer ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Coordination: Support planning and delivery of paid influencer campaigns across EMEA; maintain timelines and track deliverables.
• Creator Research & Partner Support: Research creators, review agency shortlists, and manage routine communications with creators and agencies.
• Content Approvals & Paid Amplification: Organise briefs, collate feedback, track approvals, and manage asset handover for amplification.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align paid and organic creator activity with SEGA West Publishing and Product Marketing teams; coordinate TikTok Gaming Incentive Programme across EMEA.
