Job summary

Georgeson Advisory, part of Computershare, seeks a Junior Governance and Sustainability Analyst based in London. You will provide strategic governance and sustainability advisory across major European markets, supporting AGMs, M&As and activist contexts while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver client-ready insights.

Ideal candidates will hold a degree, show strong analytical and communication skills, and bring a proactive, deadline-driven approach with multilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification required.
• Strong analytical, organisational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in executive remuneration, corporate governance or sustainability analysis is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory on corporate governance and sustainability for European clients.
• Assist with AGMs, EGMs, M&A transactions and activist situations.
• Draft analysis and recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
• Support research and preparation of publications and client memos.
• Collaborate with teams across Georgeson and Computershare to ensure delivery.
