Are you passionate about children and young people coming to know Jesus? Can you lead, mobilise, and inspire others?
We are seeking an innovative, strategic leader to oversee all our work with under 18s.
Our current team includes a thriving youth and children’s ministry, a part-time family minister, and dedicated volunteers.
We are looking for someone to be a key voice in our core leadership team, integrating children and youth ministry into our vision and strategy as a benefice.
The role involves providing passionate and energetic leadership, motivating, recruiting, and training new leaders to support our growing ministry.
This mission-shaped role includes developing missional initiatives and new worshipping communities, primarily through our strong links with primary schools in the benefice.
Our goal is that every child and young person in our benefice hears about Jesus and responds to his love. If you share this vision, we would love to hear from you.
