Job summary

BSV Recruitment Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Fareham. This role offers exposure to a wide range of projects across healthcare, education, commercial, residential and industrial sectors.

You will support the design and delivery of electrical building services solutions, working closely with senior engineers and project managers throughout the lifecycle. A strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design of electrical building services systems for various projects.
• Produce and update electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Support senior engineers with calculations, specifications and reports.
• Assist with selection and specification of electrical equipment and systems.
• Contribute to development of coordinated M&E design solutions.
• Review drawings for effective coordination with other disciplines.
