Job summary

Strategy Education is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary, secondary and SEN settings in London. Immediate or September 2026 starts available. You may work 1:1, in small groups, or provide general classroom assistance, with opportunities to support SEN and behaviour goals.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a relevant degree and a strong desire to pursue education. Prior school experience is desirable; DBS Enhanced certification is typically required.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or graduate with a relevant degree
• Experience working with children or young people is highly desirable
• SEN experience would be an advantage
• Confident, reliable and able to build positive relationships with pupils
• Able to work effectively as part of a school team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups or general classroom support
• Assist pupils with SEN, behaviour and learning needs as required
