Job summary

British Land is seeking a Junior Commercialisation Manager to join our Commercialisation Team. You will support the identification, development and delivery of income-generating opportunities, including pop-up retail, brand experiences, events and activations.

Working under Commercialisation Managers, you will engage partners, coordinate delivery, monitor performance and maintain records, while building strong relationships with brands, occupiers and internal teams across our campus portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercialisation activities from enquiry to delivery.
• Ability to build effective relationships with partners and internal teams.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting, dashboards and case studies.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of commercialisation activity from enquiries to delivery.
• Build relationships with brand partners, agencies and occupiers.
• Maintain an accurate commercialisation pipeline and reports.
• Plan and coordinate activations and ensure compliance.
