Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a proactive ECT for supply to schools across Derby. We offer flexible roles, from short-term cover to longer-term placements, helping you gain varied classroom experience.

As an ECT you will provide continuity to pupils’ education, build rapport with children, and adapt quickly to different school environments while developing your planning and assessment skills. DBS and safeguarding training can be arranged.

Qualifications

• MUST be Qualified (Hold QTS).
• Kind and Nurturing personality.
• A passion for working with Children.
• DBS checked (We can do this if you haven't got one).
• Safeguarding Level 1 Trained (We can provide this training free of charge).

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity to pupils' education as a Classroom Teacher.
• Longer-term roles involve planning and assessment.
• Day-to-day supply requires following the plan and marking books before you leave.
