Conrad Consulting Ltd in Harrogate is seeking a Recently Qualified Architect to join a forward-thinking, award-winning practice. You will work alongside experienced architects on diverse projects across RIBA stages, developing technical delivery and professional confidence.

The role offers mentoring, a clear progression path toward Project Architect, and a supportive studio culture with modern facilities, flexible/hybrid working, and ongoing Revit/BIM training.

Qualifications

• ARB registered with Part III qualification.
• 0–2 years post-Part III experience in a UK practice.
• Strong Revit and BIM knowledge.
• Experience across a range of RIBA stages.
• Understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive and eager to develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design development across RIBA stages.
• Produce architectural drawings and technical documentation in Revit.
• Support planning applications and building regulation packages.
• Develop construction details with senior colleagues.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams and attend meetings.
• Participate in site visits and progress reporting.
• Contribute ideas for design and project delivery.
