Vets Now is offering a Cutting Edge programme for Veterinary Surgeons in the UK. The role starts with an 8-week training period at a salary of £42,250, then progresses to £60,000–£65,000 depending on the clinic.

The path leads into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) with world-class CPD and mentorship across multiple clinics. After training, you join an ECC clinic full-time with a 30–40 hour rota designed for work-life balance, including limited night shifts and annual leave.

• Six months’ small animal experience required.
• Ability to consult and perform routine surgical procedures solo.
