WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Join our front-line veterinary team alongside our passionate veterinarians! As a veterinary scribe, you'll play a crucial role in creating accurate medical records for each patient. This position offers a valuable stepping stone into veterinary medicine, providing firsthand experience shadowing our doctors and learning essential skills for your future career. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Compose electronic medical records
  2. Communicate effectively with all members of the medical team
  3. Maintain professionalism and a strong work ethic
  4. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Submit lab work and notify doctors when results are available
  6. Assist doctors with non-clinical duties
  7. Write clearly and concisely, with the ability to type quickly
  8. Work overnights, weekends, and holidays

  • A friendly, driven undergraduate or postgraduate student interested in a future in veterinary emergency medicine
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
