Job summary

Vets Now Northampton is seeking a Vet Surgeon to join our emergency and critical care team on a part-time fixed term basis. You will provide urgent care for dogs, cats and small animals, working nights, weekends and bank holidays as part of a 37-hour week.

You’ll operate on a 1:2 night-day rotation with a 13-week rolling rota; night shifts 19:00–09:00 and day shifts 12:00–19:30 on Saturdays and 08:30–19:30 on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and critical care for sick and injured small animals during scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate with team to manage after-hours caseload.
