Emergency Treatment Nurse Bridgwater, Somerset

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Salary: up to £42,000 + Enhanced Rate of pay for Nights and Weekends + benefits

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Emergency Treatment Nurse to work in Bridgwater, Somerset on a permanent basis – 3-5 days/week. The site operates 24/7; therefore, candidates will be required to work shifts including days and nights. The role will involve:

  • Working at a busy medical/urgent care unit at Hinckley Point C
  • Providing emergency response coverage for trauma/medical emergencies on site
  • Offering walk-in treatment for injuries and illnesses
  • Conducting drug and alcohol testing
  • Performing cannulation when required
  • Administering immunisations
  • Measuring baseline health parameters
  • Carrying out fitness-for-work assessments
  • Providing minor injuries care

To apply, you must be an NMC-registered Practitioner with previous Emergency Nurse Practitioner experience. You should have prior A&E, Acute, or Primary Care experience, hold an immediate or advanced life support qualification, and possess a full UK manual driving licence.
