Responsible for computerised data entry for the Clinical Business Unit (CBU). As part of the Emergency Services Team, deliver high standards of service to patients across clinical areas. Work within a multidisciplinary team to collate necessary information. Manage emergency care notes according to local policies, procedures, and data protection laws, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
All staff within the multidisciplinary team and relevant departments Trust-wide involved in patient care.
Unscheduled and Emergency Care, including occasional training activities.
Support the emergency team to provide effective, efficient patient services that meet national targets. Ensure patient journeys are timely and escalate deviations as necessary.
