Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Programme Lead to develop and manage crisis preparedness partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, and community partners.

You will oversee training, capability-building, and engagement initiatives covering emergency response, contingency planning, and psychological resilience. The role requires a degree in a related field, experience in crisis management or programme coordination, and strong project management skills to track

Qualifications

• Degree in Public Policy, Emergency Management, Social Sciences or related field.
• Experience in crisis management, emergency preparedness, or programme coordination preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage security agencies, community groups and vendors.
• Good project management and organisational skills with ability to track performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and continuously improve a crisis preparedness programme for religious organisations.
• Oversee development, coordination, and delivery of training, capability-building, and engagement initiatives, including emergency response and contingency planning.
• Build and manage partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, community partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support programme delivery.
• Manage operations, communications, performance tracking, publicity, microsite content, databases, registrations, training statistics, feedback analysis and reporting.

About the Role

You'll build and manage partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, community partners, and vendors, while overseeing training, capability-building, and engagement initiatives covering emergency response, contingency planning, and psychological resilience.

What You Will Do

Programme Planning & Delivery

• Support and drive the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of a crisis preparedness programme for religious organisations
• Oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of training, capability-building, and engagement initiatives, including emergency response, contingency planning, and psychological resilience programmes

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Build and manage partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, community partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to support effective programme delivery

Programme Operations & Reporting

• Manage programme operations, communications, and performance tracking, including publicity, stakeholder engagement, microsite content, databases, registrations, training statistics, feedback analysis, and reporting
• Contribute to broader national security, resilience, and social cohesion objectives by strengthening preparedness and coordination within the religious sector

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Public Policy, Emergency Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Prior experience in crisis management, emergency preparedness, or programme coordination preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging security agencies, community groups, and vendors
• Good project management and organisational skills, with the ability to track performance metrics
