Join to apply for the Emergency Planning & Liaison Officer role at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Emergency Planning & Liaison Officer to lead our Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) and police liaison agenda.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the EPRR function, building resilience into the Trust's preparedness to respond to and recover from incidents. You will be an expert in emergency planning and business continuity, advising and guiding senior leaders within the Trust.

The postholder will serve as the designated single point of contact for the Police, managing ad-hoc requests outside of the service provided by the Disclosure Team. You will also collaborate with senior police officers and Trust Leaders regarding sensitive investigations.

This is an exciting time to join University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust, as we build a new Emergency Department, open an additional Urgent Treatment Centre, and implement our Electronic Patient Record. These major developments will benefit from your expertise in building resilience into future services.
