Job summary

A leading gas utilities company is seeking an Emergency Gas Responder to ensure customer safety in their homes. You will be working independently and problem-solving while operating a company van. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and a current ACS qualification. Qualifications

• A current ACS qualification, CCN1 or CESPI, is essential.
• Full and valid driving licence required.
• Working on a rota, including out of hours and weekend shifts.

£36.3k per annum (increase to £40.4k upon successful completion of probationary period)

I help to keep people safe and warm by… working independently, problem solving, travelling in my own SGN van, and speaking with our customers.

You will need…

• A friendly and approachable attitude with excellent customer service skills, as you will be dealing with members of the public
• A current ACS qualification, CCN1 or CESPI, and ideally MET1 to 4 (although this is not essential to apply for the role)
• A full and valid driving licence is essential
• You will be working on a rota, meaning out of hours and weekend working is standard.
