Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in the Emergency Department seeks a Clinical Support Worker to assist in delivering emergency care, support patients through assessment, treatment and monitoring, and work with a multidisciplinary team. The role operates within a 24-hour service and involves a varied shift pattern, including nights and weekends.

Candidates should have the Care Certificate and prior care experience, plus strong communication in English and a commitment to patient

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent required.
• Care Certificate is required at minimum.
• Apprenticeship Level 3 in Care or equivalent vocational experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist in providing emergency care to patients during critical need.
• Contribute to assessment, treatment and monitoring of patients.
• Support a multidisciplinary team caring for patients with varying conditions.
• Ensure patients and families receive a good experience in fast-paced conditions.
• Work across a 24-hour service on a varied shift pattern.
