NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality patient care. You will assess care needs, plan and evaluate care programmes, and provide clinical leadership across the unit with supervision of staff.

The role includes a 12-hour shift pattern, covering days, nights and weekends. You'll bring current NMC registration, degree-level education, and postgraduate expertise in the relevant field.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Degree-level education or working towards.
• Postgraduate expertise in relevant speciality.
• Knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards.
• Specialist knowledge in relevant conditions and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assess care needs and evaluate programmes of care to deliver high-quality care.
• In the absence of leadership, oversee assessment and programmes of care and ensure safe delivery.
• Assume responsibility for unit management, staff deployment and supervision.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager and senior staff on induction, recruitment and absence management.
