Mountain Healthcare provides holistic support and forensic services nationwide. We are seeking Emergency Call Handlers for our 24/7 contact centre in Braintree.

The role primarily involves supporting individuals affected by sexual assault and rape, collaborating with professionals such as police and social services to arrange forensic examinations at our Sexual Assault Referral Centres.

Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate must be able to multitask and perform well under pressure. This is a busy role, where no two days are alike. IT skills and customer service experience are essential.

We are hiring part-time, with hours ranging from 20 to 30 per week. Currently, we are particularly looking for Out of Hours (OOH) call handlers working weekends, including days, evenings, and nights.

This role suits candidates with excellent telephone and customer service skills, an understanding of telephone triage, and previous call handling experience.

Please note: All successful applicants will undergo pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced DBS, two references, and police vetting (NVVP Level 2).
