A leading mental health charity is seeking a Peer Support Worker to join their EMERGE Leeds service. This role offers a unique opportunity to assist young adults facing emotional challenges, providing vital support within a dedicated team. The position is full-time for up to 24 months, embedded in a community-focused organization committed to empowering its staff and clients.
37 hours per week
This role is fixed term for up to 24 months with the possibility of an extension
*Any increase in pay point(s) will be reviewed on annual basis based on the financial position of Touchstone and will only be awarded on this basis. Your pay/pay point will not automatically increase.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the EMERGE peer support service. We provide a range of interventions for people with complex emotional and interpersonal difficulties (also referred to as “personality disorder”). The Peer Support Worker (PSW) will be embedded within the EMERGE team to support people aged 18-25. The PSW will receive training for the role, and supervision and management from Touchstone and EMERGE staff.
