A leading mental health charity in Yorkshire is seeking a female Peer Support Worker for its EMERGE service, focusing on supporting young individuals with complex emotional needs. This full-time, fixed-term role offers competitive benefits, including 28 days of annual leave and personal development opportunities.
37 hours per week
This role is fixed term for up to 24 months with the possibility of an extension.
*Any increase in pay point(s) will be reviewed annually based on Touchstone's financial position and will only be awarded on this basis. Your pay/pay point will not automatically increase.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the EMERGE peer support service, providing interventions for individuals with complex emotional and interpersonal difficulties (also known as "personality disorder"). The Peer Support Worker (PSW) will be embedded within the EMERGE team to support people aged 18-25. The PSW will receive training, supervision, and management from Touchstone and EMERGE staff.
