Job summary

GLI Secure, headquartered in Atlantic Canada with global offices, seeks a Project Manager (PM) in Bangor, UK to lead security projects through full lifecycles and coordinate a team of auditors, penetration testers, QA testers and change management auditors.

You will plan, run meetings, manage scope and resources, produce clear documentation, monitor milestones and report to leadership, while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years experience as a project manager or related role.
• CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
• Must have a valid driver\'s licence and a current passport.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English proficiently.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with high attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Overall project management and delivery of all phases of assigned projects.
• Create, review and control project documentation including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget and timeline.
• Develop plans, allocate resources and track deadlines for tasks.
• Schedule and lead ongoing project meetings to set goals and review progress.
• Balance workloads, assign tasks and monitor work across the project lifecycle.
• Provide timely status reports to leadership and manage project changes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate training for users affected by the implementation.
• Maintain the project management repository and dashboard.
