Job summary

Spectrum Control is seeking a hands-on HSE & Facilities Manager for its Great Yarmouth site, with occasional travel to Milton Keynes. You will lead OH&S management, coordinate facilities and site services, and drive continual improvements in safety and compliance across the EMEIA region.

The role requires NEBOSH/IOSH, 3+ years in facilities management, and strong cross-functional leadership. Expect a demanding, hands-on environment with responsibility for CAPEX, risk assessments and contractor

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH / IOSH).
• ONC / HNC or HND in related discipline (Engineering / Operations & Maintenance).
• Significant experience in operational management of health & safety.
• Minimum of 3 years in management of Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Occupational Health & Safety management for the EMEIA region.
• Coordinate facilities activities and support continual improvement in HSE and site performance.
• Manage and review HS&E audits, incidents and training programs.
• Oversee regulatory inspections and risk assessments.
• Coordinate external service contracts and CAPEX planning.
