About the Company

We are delighted to be working with our client, as they recruit this newly created position of EMEAA Senior Accountant. A global business, our client are Private Equity backed with entities & locations around the world and are at a pivotal stage as they undergo positive change and evolution, which includes their strategy and market focus to play a leading role in the energy transition.

About the Role

This position is a hands-on, value-add role that supports the achievement of financial commitments by providing transparency to financial results and ensuring the integrity of core accounting processes. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the position is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of key accounting functions.

The position is accountable for the maintenance of accurate financial records and plays a key role in performing month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting, in full compliance with applicable UK Financial Standards, in addition to upholding strong internal controls.

Acting as a finance partner to leadership and cost center managers, the position enables informed decision-making through timely, accurate management reporting, and ensures the business is well-positioned to meet its financial obligations, investor expectations, and long-term objectives.

Qualifications
