Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Screening Manager within Global Workforce Screening to lead the EMEA book of work, manage case volumes, and uphold governance standards. You will partner with HR, Compliance, and vendors to deliver projects on time, driving process improvements and KPI reporting.

The role reports to the Global Workforce Screening leadership and collaborates with regional teams. This position offers the opportunity to shape pre-employment screening programs across multiple jurisdictions

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-employment screening within an EMEA-wide and/or global remit.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver projects of varying scale in a multi-location, international environment.
• Demonstrated success leading operational or technology change and process improvement initiatives in a PM capacity.
• Familiarity with risk and controls, data privacy programs, and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the EMEA book of work, overseeing tactical and strategic projects from initiation through closure.
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology, HR, Employee Relations, Assignment Sponsors, Sourcing, and project teams to define requirements and drive delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, scorecards, and regular status reporting.
• Ensure governance framework adherence, including controls and documentation standards.
• Oversee vendor management activities in line with governance expectations.
• Execute change management processes, including impact assessment and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements and KPIs with the Operations Manager.
• Deliver and enhance the experience framework to optimize screening processes for stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as needed to maintain timelines and quality.
• Support additional duties and projects as directed by senior managers.
• Provide SME on pre-employment screening for coverage across the EMEA region.
