Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Brand Manager, Patient Care to lead the Patient Care bed brand across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will develop market strategies, coordinate with regional teams and drive initiatives to grow adoption and differentiation.

You will manage annual marketing plans, analyze performance and support lifecycles, including launches, pricing and messaging. This is a fixed-term maternity cover with extensive regional collaboration and travel across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
• Experience in a B2B environment is required.
• Fluency in English; additional local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Patient Care bed brand across EMEA, supporting the strategic direction and execution of initiatives designed to drive portfolio growth, adoption and differentiation.
• Develop annual marketing plans and longer-term portfolio roadmaps in partnership with regional and local marketing teams.
• Analyse business performance, total addressable market, margins, pipeline and market opportunities to identify growth priorities.
• Create scalable marketing campaigns, tools, assets and best practices for regional teams.
• Partner with regional product managers, local marketing teams, sales leaders to translate field insights into portfolio initiatives.
• Support regional product lifecycle activities including product launches, phase-in/phase-out, positioning, messaging and pricing.
