Job summary

Hill’s Pet Nutrition in the UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Scientific & Academic Affairs for the EMEA region. This role leads strategies to engage veterinary colleges, Key Thought Leaders, and student representatives, collaborating with regulatory and legal teams to ensure rigorous scientific substantiation.

Reporting to the VP of Veterinary Affairs, you will drive education programs across Europe, represent Hill’s at congresses, coordinate clinical studies, and partner with global teams to

Qualifications

• Board certification in veterinary clinical nutrition (preferred) or strong interest in clinical nutrition.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in small animal veterinary practice or academia.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Implement Hill’s EMEA school strategy for tiering, coverage and engagement with veterinary colleges.
• Execute the Hill’s Student Representative and staff feeding programs in schools.
• Grow endorsement by Key Thought Leaders through targeted programs with specialists and residents across EMEA.
• Support development of technical and educational assets with up-to-date clinical nutrition information.
• Represent Hill’s in regulatory, marketing, and legal discussions during substantiation and approval processes.
• Participate in national and international congresses as a Hill’s speaker.
