The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Trade Compliance Projects and Regulations Manager for the EMEA region, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Managing a wide range of (complex) Trade Compliance projects & processes to minimize risk, enhance service, and optimize costs!
• This position reports to the EMEA Trade Compliance Manager and collaborates with EMEA & Global Trade Compliance organizations.
• Representing Trade Compliance in cross-functional projects & acting as EMEA TC Ambassador.
• Leading initiatives in EMEA to define, maintain, and communicate compliance KPIs, dashboards, ICP, Policy Framework, and training materials, aligned with Global TC.
• Assessing compliance and capabilities, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, recognizing best practices, and driving process improvements.
• Monitoring regulatory changes, assessing impact, defining actions, and implementing changes across the organization.
• Performing continuous due diligence and identifying opportunities.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant Trade Compliance leadership experience in private, public, government, or military sectors.
• Strong knowledge of EU trade regulations across EMEA countries.
• Experience managing audits, customs, export licenses, and interpreting Trade Compliance regulations.

Additional qualifications include:

• SAP GTS experience.
• Experience with complex business models.
• Strong, structured project management skills.
• Hands-on approach and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with government officials and leadership.

Job Specifics:

• Location: EMEA role with flexible location.
• Travel: Up to 10% expected.
• Work pattern: Full-time, hybrid working model.
