Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technical Services Director for the EMEA region to lead and develop the Global Occupier Technical Services platform. You will drive strategic capability building, client-driven service delivery, and regional collaboration with the Americas to align with client needs and ESG priorities.

The role focuses on leadership, governance, and continuous improvement across facilities engineering, asset management, and service quality, with a strong emphasis on delivering

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Relevant professional engineering, facilities management, or asset management qualification preferred; Chartered status preferred.
  • 10+ years in Facilities Engineering or technical services management, including outsourced facility management and mobile engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the EMEA Technical Services platform, ensuring client-driven service delivery.
  • Align technology requirements and analytics with marketplace needs for IFM services.
  • Partner with the Americas platform to develop EMEA capabilities and growth.
  • Mentor future leaders and manage delivery quality, governance, and risk across the region.
