EMEA Technical Enablement Manager – Solution/Sales Engineering UCaaS
Location: Remote/Hybrid London

Our client is a leading global provider of unified communications solutions (UCaaS), offering a platform that integrates voice, video, messaging, and collaboration tools.
We are seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to support its global Solutions Engineering teams throughout EMEA. Language skills (especially German or French) are a plus.
This role focuses on building and delivering enablement programmes that drive customer engagement and business growth.
The ideal candidate will have UCaaS technical knowledge, programme management skills, and a collaborative approach to enablement solutions across diverse products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement technical enablement programmes for Sales Engineering teams globally.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and other teams to deliver impactful enablement aligned with strategic goals.
- Create content, tools, and training sessions to promote product knowledge and technical proficiency.
- Manage onboarding and ongoing learning for new and existing SEs.
- Organize virtual and in-person enablement events, including workshops and summits.
- Maintain SE sandbox environments for testing and demonstrations.
- Track engagement and effectiveness using appropriate metrics.
- Gather feedback from the SE community to improve offerings.
- Support product launches with training materials and sessions.
- Establish repeatable enablement processes with clear timelines and reporting.
- Travel up to 20% to London and EMEA may be required.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical enablement professional with understanding of Sales Engineering.
- Proven ability to build resonant programmes for technical audiences.
- Excellent communicator with stakeholder influence skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple priorities.
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering or similar within UCaaS, telephony, or tech sectors.
- 5+ years in enablement, learning & development, or related fields.
- Experience creating and managing impactful enablement content and programmes.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build cross-team relationships.
- Comfortable operating with incomplete information.
- Language skills (German or French) are a plus.
