Job summary

Career Moves Group I B Corp™ in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced tax professional to join its EMEA Tax team. The role focuses on tax accounting, compliance and policy across the region, working with Operations, Legal, Policy and Finance to support regional compliance and tax projects.

Qualifications

• At least eight years’ tax experience within a multinational business, Big Four firm or multinational tax department.
• CTA qualification preferred; ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifications are also desirable.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners at all levels.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Additional language skills are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support direct and indirect tax compliance across EMEA.
• Help prepare regional tax provisions, ensuring financial statements reflect corporate income tax, deferred tax and indirect taxes.
• Identify and implement improvements to tax processes.
• Support tax negotiations, audits, implementations and compliance at local, country and regional levels.
• Work with internal teams and external advisers to implement tax strategies.
• Analyse new tax legislation and draft submissions for policymakers.
• Review and approve direct and indirect tax payments.
• Ensure tax returns are submitted accurately and on time.
