Job description

The EMEA Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing the EMEA team and achieving company revenue goals. This position requires a deep understanding of the software/SaaS industry and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. You will play a pivotal role in setting and achieving strategic goals, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Create and execute the EMEA Sales strategy working with BitTitan’s General Manager.
  2. Channel Partner Management: Build strong relationships with channel partners, including managed service providers, distributors, and resellers. Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to onboard new partners.
  3. Host Quarterly Business Reviews with managed accounts within the territory.
  4. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals for the territory.
  5. Work with Product Management to incorporate customer feedback into product development.
  6. Develop and communicate market insights to position BitTitan effectively in the region.
  7. Identify new revenue opportunities and expand existing relationships with accounts.
  8. Gain in-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies.
  9. Understand and promote all product offerings.
  10. Demonstrate strong sales, technical, and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  11. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and close sales.
  12. Escalate account issues appropriately with clear proposals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience with Managed Service Providers.
  • Experience selling Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace solutions.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
