CNH Industrial is seeking an AG EMEA Service Solutions Intern - Marketing, Communication & Training in Basildon, UK. You will support the EMEA Product Services team with marketing, training content, and service solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or Project Management; also accepted Agricultural Economics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn; professional and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate marketing materials including dealer communications, newsletters, bulletins, and promotional materials for Service Solutions across EMEA markets.
• Develop, deliver and maintain dealer and internal training content, including e-learning modules, training videos, presentations and interactive learning materials, using modern digital and AI-powered content creation tools.
• Support the publication and distribution of service content through digital platforms such as the Dealer Portal and eTIM.
• Coordinate the translation and localisation of communication, marketing, and training materials across EMEA markets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the timely delivery of communication, training, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain communication, training, and project documentation, including trackers, reports and supporting materials.
• Support the wider Product Services team with projects and activities as required.
