Job summary

Datassential is seeking a full-time Senior ETL Analyst for the EMEA data solutions team. You will build and maintain Alteryx workflows, optimize data pipelines, and drive automation across 80 countries with a low-code approach.

You will embed LLM-based processing steps, evaluate new tooling, and collaborate with Developers, DevOps, and Product to ensure architecture aligns with our global data infrastructure while delivering reliable, scalable data operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data operations or ETL development.
• Hands-on with Alteryx or equivalent low-code ETL tooling.
• Strong SQL knowledge across environments.
• Interest in embedding AI/LLMs into data workflows.
• Ability to evaluate tools and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize data workflows for the EMEA region.
• Improve orchestration and automation to scale processing.
• Design pipelines from multiple sources delivering to databases, SFTP, S3, or downstream systems.
• Embed Claude via Anthropic API for automated QC and AI-assisted tasks.
• Create documentation understandable by the broader team.
• Collaborate with Developers, DevOps, and Product to align with enterprise data infra.
