Job description

Responsibilities (Text Only)
  1. Develop Solution Area Strategy - Partners with Core to drive the GTM strategy for AI Business Solutions across all Sales Plays, identifying growth opportunities in the market and building clear execution plans for EMEA, in partnership with OU’s (Operating Units).
  2. Market Opportunity and Strategy Development - Leads the team to identify market opportunities at the OU’s and subsidiary level, assesses risks, and synthesizes the current landscape to direct strategy development.
  3. Cross-team Partnership - Partners across Microsoft core teams to bring the voice of the field and customers to influence the product roadmap, resolving issues across the Microsoft matrix.
  4. Leadership and Accountability - Acts as the key point owner for the Solution Area with OU CVP’s & leadership, including strategy, share growth, and success of the products.
  5. Program Management - Manages core programs, launching standardized services to drive FY26 growth.
  6. Competitive Intelligence - Brings deep competitive intelligence to shape market position and understand differentiators, including from global players like Google, Salesforce, and niche competitors.
  7. Investment and Resource Management - Owns the Investment budget (ECIF / ACO) for EMEA and OU’s, ensuring resource optimization and execution.
  8. Cross-solution Strategy - Develops strategies for cross-selling and integration across solution areas.
  9. Evolution of Solution Area - Leads the evolution, creating synergies between offerings and landing new sales plays.
  10. Drive Business Performance - Implements strategies to drive performance, pipeline growth, and accountability.
  11. Rhythm of Business - Owns the RoB for Solution Area, coordinating with Core.
  12. Market Positioning and Insights - Surfaces key insights, win/loss data, and market positioning strategies.
  13. Stakeholder Engagement - Positions Microsoft to key audiences, including frontline workers, industry forums, and the C-suite.
  14. Demand Generation and Partner Collaboration - Collaborates with GPS for marketing strategies supporting AI Business Solutions.
  15. OU Activation and Sales Enablement - Aligns and coaches field teams to ensure connected execution and delivers integrated programs.
  16. Sales Play Activation - Lands and champions AI Business Solutions sales plays, activating sales and marketing efforts.
  17. Market Engagement - Energizes the market through enablement programs and initiatives.
  18. Product Advocacy - Builds organizational capability to gather insights, learnings, and blockers.
  19. Leadership and Culture - Embodies Microsoft values, creates clarity, models culture, and builds a high-performing, inclusive team.
Qualifications (Text Only)

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, IT or related field, AND experience, including senior sales leadership roles, marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, managing high-performance sales and/or technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience.
