Core DutiesWorking alongside the sales team, the EMEA Sales Representative’s core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across the EMEA territory.
  • Manage inbound sales enquiries and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and meetings across the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate internally with the commercial team regarding availability of products.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on performance metrics to the Commercial Manager.
Skills RequiredEssential:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional audio or related tech sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Experience working with international clients or distributors.
  • Comfortable presenting technical information.
  • Full UK driving licence and valid passport; willing to travel internationally often.
  • Be prepared to spend at least one week a month in our Burnley based office.
Desirable:
  • Background in audio engineering or music production.
  • Experience within a manufacturing or engineering business.
  • Fluency in additional languages (German, French).
