Job summary

Figma in London Hub is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead a growing team of recruiters supporting Sales in EMEA. You will design staffing strategies, partner with hiring leaders, and scale recruiting operations to meet ambitious business goals.

The role focuses on mentoring, collaborating with Sales leadership, building a talent brand, creating efficient team structures, and advancing inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives to develop recruiting strategies.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting functions, processes, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to align recruiting resources with business goals.
• Develop a talent brand strategy to attract exceptional talent to Figma.
• Create and implement a team structure that enables efficiency and scale.
