About the team
The GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. The Sales Strategy and Operations function at Stripe plays a crucial role in the success of our sales organization. With a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the art and science of sales, our team is dedicated to informing the sales strategy, optimising processes, developing sales programs and providing insights that propel our sales growth. We do this by being objective, trusted partners to the Sales Leadership team.
What you’ll do
As the EMEA Sales Programs Manager, you will work directly with executive sales leaders, sales teams, and front-line sales managers to understand their pipe generation and pipe progression needs, collaborate with a diverse cross-functional group of teams across sales, marketing, enablement, strategy, and others to develop and implement sales programs and plays to meet those needs, then measure the results and adapt the sales programs as necessary.

Minimum Requirements
Ability to creatively solve problems with limited resources and input. Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility. Operates with a sense of urgency and always brings their own point of view.

Executive presence and demonstrated success building positive relationships with senior partners and influencing and collaborating in cross-functional environments.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Gsheets, excel, Salesforce CRM tools & reporting, Tableau) and an ability to draw practical insights from data sets and reviews with salespeople and sales leaders
Courageous communicator translating business insights into practical recommendations
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €93,200 - €139,800. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
