A leading specialty chemicals manufacturer is seeking an EMEA Sales professional to execute regional growth strategies and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt strategies across diverse markets. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a willingness to travel extensively throughout the EMEA region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable sales experience in specialty chemicals or performance materials industry.
  • Strong travel flexibility and willingness to spend significant time in-market.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the regional commercial growth strategy for EMEA.
  • Manage and grow strategic key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Deliver the annual operating plan for the region.
  • Conduct market and competitor intelligence.
