Job Description:

Join our dynamic EMEA Investor Access Team in London to support corporate access products. You will arrange corporate and expert access events for our equity and credit institutional investor clients and provide Investor Relations services to corporate clients. This role offers a fast-paced environment focused on client needs.

Job responsibilities
  1. Schedule 1:1 and small group meetings at EMEA conferences
  2. Manage procedures for conference product
  3. Produce and update Investor Access Presentation Materials
  4. Update the yearly global events guide
  5. Organize non-deal roadshows
  6. Arrange investor trips in Europe, including booking meetings with corporates
  7. Assist in executing Investor access events
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  1. Strong front office administrative experience and knowledge of capital markets
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  3. Good judgment and decision-making skills
