Job summary

Malvern Panalytical is seeking an experienced EMEA Safety, Health and Environment Manager to lead the SHE strategy across our regional sites in EMEA. You will drive ISO-compliant management systems, own internal audits, and partner with global teams to deliver continuous improvement in safety culture.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or related field, 10+ years in SHE within high-risk environments, and fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in SHE within medium to high-risk organisations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous in an international setting.
• Track record in shaping safety culture across complex/global organisations; RPS qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive SHE Strategy Delivery: Collaborate with local teams to implement the SHE strategic vision, aligning with values and business goals.
• Lead ISO Compliance & Management Systems: Maintain ISO certifications and apply robust management systems where not yet in place.
• Own Internal Auditing: Design and deliver a comprehensive internal audit programme with Quality team.
• Lead SHE Projects & Initiatives: Initiate/manage SHE-related projects across teams to enhance service delivery.
• Engage Stakeholders & Represent SHE Regionally: Primary point of contact for regional SHE matters; build relationships across levels.
• Monitor, Report & Improve Performance: Track SHE KPIs and use data to identify and implement improvements.
