Job summary

Zenith, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Reporting Manager to shape data-driven media performance insights across EMEA for HP. You’ll transform complex data into clear business narratives, supporting stakeholders with actionable dashboards and analytics across multiple markets.

The role blends analytics, media, technology and innovation, offering opportunities to lead reporting programs and contribute to advanced analytics initiatives within a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL for data preparation and validation.
• Comfort working with digital media and marketing datasets including campaign metrics.
• Strong data visualization skills for accessible reporting experiences.
• Attention to detail and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting programmes across EMEA that provide clear insights into media performance.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, governance and consistency across multiple data sources and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted reporting partner, guiding data visualization and reporting best practice.
• Design and develop intuitive dashboards that showcase KPI trends for client and agency teams.
• Generate actionable insights through campaign analysis to improve media effectiveness and outcomes.
• Support automated reporting processes and scalable analytics solutions to improve efficiency.
• Advance analytics capabilities including AI-driven insights and conversational access to performance data.
