Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead the UK and regional expansion, adapting global campaigns for local impact. You’ll collaborate with EMEA marketing, demand generation, and Sales to drive pipeline and revenue while localizing messaging and content.

You will partner with global teams, manage regional plans, and leverage AI tools to scale content, events, and partnerships. A hybrid work model supports collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing driving pipeline and revenue in UK market.
• Experience building market from ground up and expanding from existing customer base.
• Collaborative work with Sales, SDR, CX, Global Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish regional plans translating GTM goals into local events and campaigns.
• Pipeline Management with SDRs for new logos and expansions.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, People Science, and Customer Success to align plans and drive lead to opportunity.
• Create and translate content using AI for scalable localization.
• Provide regional market insights to shape global messaging and content.
• Partner with local partners to run events and webinars driving pipeline.
• Develop and nurture the local Community Chapters programme.
• Track performance and ROI, optimize programs.
