Digital Realty Trust, L.P. seeks a Regional Due Diligence Lead (f/m/d) for EMEA to support pre-development technical due diligence and site feasibility across the regional portfolio.

This role partners with Acquisitions, Legal, Development and Design to identify constraints, risks, costs, and development pathways informing acquisition decisions and project delivery. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional due diligence, coordinate vendors and consultants, and develop scalable

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in site development and due diligence.
• Proven track record leading multi-jurisdictional assessments.
• Strong understanding of zoning, permitting, and utility coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own regional due diligence, governance, sequencing and processes.
• Lead technical due diligence, site feasibility, and development readiness globally.
• Assess development constraints, risks, and costs to inform decisions.
• Provide technical input for market evaluations and acquisitions.
• Review materials for accuracy, viability and risks.
• Develop strategies for entitlements, permitting and utility connections.
• Coordinate internal and external specialist consultants.
• Consolidate inputs to create development schedules per site.
• Ensure deliverables meet standards and objectives; present to leadership.
• Develop scalable due diligence processes and tools.
• Act as regional authority with clear recommendations; final decisions governance.
