Teleflex is seeking an EMEA Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all EMEA business units. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the organisation, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to our hiring leaders.
This role will support recruitment projects that benefit all Teleflex EMEA Business Units and HR partnerships. Responsibilities include direct recruiting activities, job posting, interview management, negotiating agreements with successful candidates, and supporting process automation and productivity improvements as our company grows.
This position can be based remotely anywhere in the UK. Please note that this contract will last only 1 year.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and collaborate with hiring managers to plan interview schedules
• Maintain recruitment data in HR systems
• Manage candidate databases in compliance with EU laws
• Generate reports to track recruitment metrics such as hiring costs and timelines
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding recruitment queries
• Assist with job postings, application reviews, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and travel arrangements
• Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans for current and future needs
• Participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition
• Verify headcount requests, funding, and stakeholder approvals
• Organize recruitment events with third-party partners within budget
• Stay informed on industry trends and employment legislation
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Education / Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered
• At least three years of results-oriented recruiting experience
• Experience in commercial recruitment or the life sciences industry (medical devices preferred)
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in German
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up capabilities
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques and digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor)
• Skilled in using PCs and MS Office
• Approachable, professional, and able to handle confidential information
